The stunning villa homes at Calabay Parc will be fully cleaned prior to your arrival.   All villas will have a screened-in private pools with a minimum of 2 sun lounges, 4 chairs and a table to enjoy the Florida weather and fun family times.  All the Calabay Parc villas are air-conditioned and include special features such as a master suite with king or queen size bed, TV along with a master bathroom including a garden tub and separate shower.   Additional bedrooms have either a double bed or two twin beds with at least one shared bathroom and shower.  Towels and bed linens for max. occupancy will be supplied for your arrival.  All Calabay Parc rentals have fully equipped open plan kitchens featuring 4 range oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and coffee maker – everything you need is there.  Glassware, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils for max. occupancy will be provided for you as well.    Laundry facilities inside the villa are a washing machine, dryer and iron & ironing board.  The villa has a breakfast area and formal dining area with table and chairs accommodating 4 to 8 guests.  One or two living areas will be furnished with a minimum of a sofa, love seat, TV (cable/satellite TV), VCR or DVD player, tables and lamps.
