HOMES EXTRAS AT HAMPTON LAKES:

PPP - Property Protection Plan Cost is: In resort fee is £39.00 for the entire stay (regardless of duration) and covers clients for any accidental damages in their home up to £1000.00.  Pre-booked fee is £32.00

Pool Heat – Valid October through to May - Most private homes can add on prepaid pool heating – Hampton Lakes Cost is £25.00 per day if pre-booked.  We recommend request be made at time of booking to ensure this can be provided. In-resort fee is £30.00.

Crib (cot) Rental - Cost is: £7.00 per day

Highchair Rental - Cost is: £7.00 per day

Arrival Welcome Pack  - if pre-booked, this will be waiting on the clients home on their arrival and covers the breakfast for the next day for 6 people (eggs, bacon, cereal, bread, butter and jam), plus juice, coffee, tea and milk. Cost is: £50.00.

Mid-stay Clean - The management company will come into the house and clean all rooms and bathrooms, the normal time is half way through the clients stay, however it can be arranged at the clients convenience and more than once if required.  Cost per Clean: 3 Bed = £80.00 / 4 Bed = £90.00 / 5 Bed = £100.00
