HOMES EXTRAS AT WESTRIDGE

PPP - Property Protection Plan Cost is: In resort fee is £39.00 for the entire stay (regardless of duration) and covers clients for any accidental damages in their home up to £1000.00.  Pre-booked fee is £32.00

Pool Heat – Valid October through to May - Most private homes can add on prepaid pool heating – Westridge Cost is £25.00 per day if pre-booked only – this MUST be requested at the time of booking for this community as there is no in-resort option to request this amenity. 

Crib (cot) Rental - Cost is: £7.00 per day

Highchair Rental - Cost is: £7.00 per day

Arrival Welcome Pack  - if pre-booked, this will be waiting on the clients home on their arrival and covers the breakfast for the next day for 6 people (eggs, bacon, cereal, bread, butter and jam), plus juice, coffee, tea and milk. Cost is: £50.00.

Mid-stay Clean - The management company will come into the house and clean all rooms and bathrooms, the normal time is half way through the clients stay, however it can be arranged at the clients convenience and more than once if required.  Cost per Clean: 3 Bed = £80.00 / 4 Bed = £90.00 / 5 Bed = £100.00
